IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nozaro Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
